Choose C296B when one camera must patrol a larger area
Pan/tilt is useful in yards, warehouses and open areas where the operator wants to reposition the camera or follow a subject. The tradeoff is that a PTZ camera can only look in one direction at a time.
Choose C220 for permanent evidence zones
A fixed camera always watches the same scene. For doors, gates and drive lanes, that predictability is often preferable to motion because the evidence zone never leaves the frame.
Verdict: dynamic wide-area observation → C296B. Continuous fixed coverage of one critical scene → C220.
